Your domain name

Your domain name is your address on the Internet and the gateway to your company. It is important to get the best name you can, as soon as you can.

If you have not already registered your company's domain name, we can register it for you completely free of charge. (If it is a .com, .net, .org, .com.sa, .net.sa, .org.sa, .edu.sa or .sch.sa. If you want another extension, such as .info or .tv, there may be a small charge.)

If you have already registered your domain, that's great and you can use it with zedhost if you have control over it.

WARNING!

Regrettably, some web-hosting companies will register your domain name as their own property. If you decide to move to another hosting company, they may refuse to release the name, or charge you a lot of money for it. If this has happened to you with a .sa domain, give us a call. We may be able to help you to get it back.

Please note that we will only register your domain name as your own property. If you decide to stop doing business with us, it remains your property to use as you wish.

.SA domains

Note that .sa domains can only be registered to suitably qualified organizations.

For instance .com.sa can only be registered to a legal company or establishment and .sch.sa can only be registered to a legal school.

SaudiNIC may also refuse to let us register a domain name for you if they feel you are not entitled to use it.

For instance we could not register the name of a product as your domain name, unless it was your own brand, or you were the official Saudi Arabian distributor.

You may have heard that it is very difficult to register a .sa domain, and it is true that there is a certain amount of paperwork involved and a precise routine that must be followed. We are experts in this and can handle the whole process for you. You never need to leave your office. We will follow-up all thepaperwork at no extra charge.

BE QUICK!

In the Arab world there are many businesses with the same name, often a family name. You should register your domain name as soon as possible, before another company gets it.

Even if you decide not to have e-mail or a website at this time, you should still register the name for possible future use. We can do this for you and 'park' the domain.
